The following exercise is by no means an easy exercise. It is one of the best lower ab exercises out their. If you are new to exercising this may not be one for you, but it should be one that you are working for.
The exercise that I am talking about is the hanging leg raise. One thing that is not explained in the video is that you should not go down down all the way after the repetition. By not going all the way down you are keeping your abs contracted continuously. You are also protecting your lower back so make sure that you follow that guideline.
Remember that these are great exercises for strengthening your lower abs but do not expend enough calories to lose stomach fat. You need to make sure that you include a proper diet and compound exercises. Visit Diet For Abs For more information.
